By accessing or using Easy Krok ('Service', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), accessible via easykrok.com and app.easykrok.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or possess parental/legal guardian consent, and be a legitimate medical, dental, or pharmaceutical student or graduate to use this platform.
2. Independent Examination Disclaimer (Testing Board of Ukraine)
Easy Krok is an independent educational preparatory platform created by healthcare educators and former candidates. Easy Krok is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated in partnership with the Testing Board of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (ДНП «Центр тестування» при МОЗ України), the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, or any national or international medical licensing authority.
The terms 'Krok', 'Крок', 'Krok 1', 'Krok 2', and 'Krok 3' are trademarks or designations of the respective state examination bodies. Their use on this website and platform is solely for descriptive, educational, and nominative purposes to inform users about the curriculum and past exam formats covered by our study tools.
3. Medical Advice & Clinical Disclaimer
All materials, questions, diagnostic metrics, AI tutor explanations, and study guides provided on Easy Krok are strictly for educational test preparation purposes only.
Nothing contained on the Service constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, prognosis, treatment guidelines, or healthcare recommendations. Easy Krok is not a clinical reference tool. Medical candidates and practitioners must consult official pharmacological references, statutory national clinical guidelines, and certified attending physicians when making any actual patient care decisions.
4. AI Tutor Explanations & Accuracy Disclaimer
Easy Krok incorporates artificial intelligence to generate conceptual explanations for examination items in multiple languages. While we employ rigorous prompt engineering, medical validation heuristics, and high-standard reasoning models, AI outputs may occasionally contain discrepancies, outdated clinical nomenclature, or minor inaccuracies.
The 'Readiness Score' generated by the platform is a statistical study metric based on past performance and historical weighting; it does not guarantee a passing result on official state examinations. Easy Krok expressly disclaims all warranties regarding examination results or subsequent academic or professional licensure.
5. User Accounts & Single Active Device Policy
To preserve account security and ensure compliance with our licensing agreements, each student account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
Each account allows a maximum of two (2) registered devices, with only one (1) active session permitted at any given time. Sharing login credentials, account credentials, or password tokens with other students or third parties is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund if concurrent access abuse or credential sharing is detected.
6. Prohibited Conduct & Scraping Restrictions
You agree not to engage in any automated scraping, crawling, harvesting, data-mining, reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized extraction of the question bank, booklet manifests, AI tutor prompts, or platform source code.
Redistributing, publishing, copying, or selling materials, compilations, or datasets derived from Easy Krok is strictly forbidden and constitutes a material breach actionable by civil lawsuit and statutory damages under applicable copyright and computer fraud laws.
7. Subscriptions, Payments & Renewal
Easy Krok provides free access to designated introductory exam sets and premium subscription plans ('Pro'). All subscription fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing period (monthly or semi-annually) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account settings or by notifying support@easykrok.com.
Upon cancellation, you will retain full Pro access until the conclusion of your current paid billing period, with no subsequent charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Easy Krok, its directors, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, failure of examinations, loss of clinical placement, or study disruption, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of fifty US dollars ($50) or the total amount paid by you to Easy Krok in the three (3) months preceding the incident.
9. Modifications to Service & Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When modifications occur, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
